YUMMY!!!. WOW! Now this is a chippy! We enjoy regular visits to this chippy, usually for chip barms with a tub of curry sauce... gorgeous! Chips are always fantastic and perfect, just right. I don't eat the fish but friends who have had the fish have all raved about it. Staff always friendly, shop is very clean, very reasonable prices. Gidlow Plaice is very popular in the area, I speak to lots of people who are regular visitors and they all rave about it. The perfect chippy!

WOW. Without a doubt, one of THE nicest fish and chips I have tasted in Wigan. Beautiful fish, soft, white and with wonderful chips. Lovely, friendly staff too. Am glad I have found this plaice. Thank you
